Castrillo tambi\u00e9n formaba parte del equipo desarrollador de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/huayra.conectarigualdad.gob.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\">Huayra<\/a>, el sistema operativo libre que desarrolla Conectar Igualdad para \u00a0las netbooks que distribuye entre estudiantes y docentes de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPart\u00edcipe de los m\u00e1s hermosos fracasos\u201d dice la biograf\u00eda de Javier Castrillo en Twitter desde el 10 de diciembre de 2015. Sin embargo, hasta ese momento, su usuario (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/evitalinuxera\" target=\"_blank\">@evitalinuxera<\/a>), lo se\u00f1alaba como \u201ccoordinador del Equipo de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo del Plan Nacional de Inclusi\u00f3n Digital Educativa (PNIDE) del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d, cargo que todav\u00eda ocupa y por el cual el mi\u00e9rcoles 28 de octubre particip\u00f3 en\u00a0la conferencia \u00abSoftware libre: Bandera de Soberan\u00eda\u00bb, en el marco de la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffyh.unc.edu.ar\/content\/acceso-abierto-al-conocimiento\" target=\"_blank\"> Semana del Acceso Abierto 2015 en la FFyH<\/a>.\u00a0En esta ocasi\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se present\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a \u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.ffyh.unc.edu.ar\/accesoabiertofilo\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bibliograf\u00edas en Acceso Abierto.
